Summary
Adult females are small brightly-coloured metallic blue and orange moths with reduced wings. They cannot fly. Adult males have brown and yellow colouration, are fully-winged and can fly. Males and females look very different.

Urban and natural environments in mostly higher rainfall areas
Distribution
South-eastern Australia From NSW to Tasmania also found in New Zealand
Size
Can grow to around 8mm
