Summary

The column is usually green with numerous long, thin green tentacles however the colour is variable and include red or an olive green column with red or grey tentacles.

This species can be confused with or mistaken for Waratah Anemone (Actinia tenebrosa)

Can be found under rocks or amongst rocks out to a depth of around 10m
