Summary

This small shell features three three winged varices per whorl. Columella and outer lip of aperture smooth, shell colour variable from uniformly white through pink and orange to dark brown

Habitat

Frequents rocky shores, beneath ledges and rocks, from low tide level to several hundred metres depth.

Distribution

Southern Australia from QLD to WA including around Tasmania

Size

Can grow to around 25mm howeber often only to 15mm
